Kokoda Coffee

Coffee Knowledge

Welcome to our Coffee Knowledge section!

The concepts behind Kokoda Coffee are two inseparable halves, just like a coffee bean!. While both are important, each half is nothing without the other to complete it.  This section of the website is about the first half of those concepts.
We introduce this section with a telling of the Legend of Coffee, a brief history of coffee and how the world's love of coffee came to be.  The differences between Arabica coffee and Robusta coffee is an interesting read, intended to explain to you why we only use Papua New Guinean Arabica beans in our products.  Lastly, we take you on a Journey of Coffee.  The Journey takes you along the proper coffee production processes which are used to create Kokoda Coffee.  We follow these process right from the tree, all the way to your cup.
