Ahh, a rose among thorns, a perfect coffee bean in a bin of defects, the kindly soul who really runs the office, give it up for Ms. Annemarie Gordon!

Can we get a round of applause for our master roaster, a man of principle, the one with the final say on quality Mr. Timothy Hughes!

And last but certainly not least, our native Papua New Guinean warrior, plantation owner and logo extraordinaire, ladies and gentlemen please be upstanding to welcome............ George!
