Kokoda Coffee

Food Items:
Food items such as coffee are not normally acceptable for return once the packaging is opened.  If you have a problem with any food products you have purchased from Kokoda Coffee, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can advise on the best course of action. 

Non-Food Items:
Non food items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.  Refund will be authorised as soon as the returned product is examined and is deemed to be re-saleable.  Products must be in an unused state and returned with all original packaging. 
Used items or items returned without complete original packaging will not be authorised for full refund. These un-saleable items will be refunded but a restocking fee of 70% of the initial value of the item will first be deducted from the refund.  We reserve the right to pay refunds via a medium of our choosing.  Return postage for restocked items will not be refunded.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, and that the original postage cost will not normally be refunded.

Faulty/Defective Items:
Faulty or DOA (dead on arrival) items may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to sending the item back.  When you are returning an item to us, please make sure to include a copy of your postage receipt for the cost of return postage, as well as all of the item's original packaging.
Once we have examined the item and deemed it faulty, a full refund will be given (including return postage costs as per included receipt).  Initial postage costs are not normally refundable.
If the fault cannot be replicated, we will contact the customer. If a refund is still requested by the customer for a non-faulty item, a restocking fee of 70% of the initial value of the item will first be deducted from the refund.  Initial and return shipping costs are not refundable in this case.
