This is a 500g bag of Kokoda Coffee Classic.
 
Kokoda Coffee uses food safe plastic display bags with an inner foil lining for maximum freshness. Our bags feature a one way valve to let air out, but not in, as well as a reusable zip lock to keep your Kokoda Coffee fresh.

All of our coffees are single origin beans from different geographic regions in Papua New Guinea.  We do not blend our New Guinean coffees with other origin country coffees.

Description
Kokoda Coffee Classic is grown in the mountains of Aseki, in the remote highland areas of the Morobe province which is the home of the smoked bodies and the famed Angun – the fiercest warrior tribe in Papua New Guinea.

The coffee is carried in billums  - which are woven bags made out of nylon that has been traditionally coloured and decorated. Native Papua New Guinean women carry these billums from the plantations to the factories. These women can carry up to 50 kilos on their heads and walk for the entire day.

Kokoda Coffee Classic is grown at an altitude of 5000 – 6000 feet which gives it a sweet, nutty after taste.
