Kokoda Coffee uses food safe plastic display bags with an inner foil lining for maximum freshness. Our bags feature a one way valve to let air out, but not in, as well as a reusable zip lock to keep your Kokoda Coffee fresh.
All of our coffees are single origin beans from different geographic regions in Papua New Guinea. We do not blend our New Guinean coffees with other origin country coffees.

Description In 1987, our owner – Shyam Cariappa planted the first coffee trees that were certified Organic.
Kokoda Coffee Organic coffee is grown in the western ranges of the Morobe province and is grown at an altitude of 5000 – 6000 feet.
The slopes that Kokoda Coffee Organic are grown on have an easterly aspect which basks in the early morning rays of the tropical sun. Because of this and many other factors organic coffee has a very piquant taste with undertones of a very full body. We have found that our organic coffee is very popular with people who have a mature pallet.
